Umberto Cattaneo was born in Magenta (Milan) on 25 August 1966.

Graduated full votes in Economics and enrolled in the Milan Certified Public Accountants and Official Auditors Bar since 1996.

Umberto mainly provides advice on corporate and tax domestic and cross border matters. He gained a significant experience in M&A transactions and corporate and tax restructuring of industrial groups active in both industrial and services fields. Reference partner in transactions involving AIF (investment funds, SICAF and SICAV) financial intermediaries and managing savings companies (AIFM).
Umberto is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of primary medium and large companies.
