Stefano Salvadeo

Stefano Salvadeo was born in Busto Arsizio (VA) on 11 Novembre 1976.

Graduated in Economics and Tax Legislation at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, he successfully took a corporate finance executive master degree at the Bocconi University in Milan and he attended a senior leadership course at the Said Business School (Oxford University).

Stefano is enrolled in Milan’s Chartered Accountants Bar and in Official Auditors Bar since 2005.

Stefano’s activity mainly concerns company and tax advice in favour of domestic and international entrepreneurial groups, with focus on  M&A transactions and company reorganization. He is also expert in corporate finance matters. Reference partner of primary industrial groups of companies active in the energy (renewable and not renewable) and innovative technologies fields. 
Stefano is in charge as statutory auditor and member of boards of directors. Subject expert in business economics at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. Author of tax and corporate publications for professional magazines and lecturer at conventions and training courses. Before joining BC& Stefano has gained more than 20 years of experience in primary firms, also part of international networks, lastly as partner.
