Franco Pietro Battaglia

Franco Pietro Battaglia was born in Milan on 4 April 1977.

He graduated in Economics and Companies’ Legislation at the Bocconi University in Milan and in 2006 he successfully took the IPSOA (Wolters Kluwer) tax master degree, Milan. Enrolled in the Milan Certified Public Accountants and Official Auditors Bar.

Franco deals with tax and corporate advice to the benefit of companies and groups of companies both in Italy and abroad, also assisting Clients – such as AIF (investment funds, SICAF and SICAV) financial intermediaries and managing savings companies (AIFM) – in M&A transactions. Reference partner of cross border transactions involving French companies.
Franco is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of primary companies operating in the health, real estate, industrial and financial services fields. Member of the Italian French Chamber of Commerce.
