Alberto Bestetti was born in Milan on 8 January 1969.

Graduated full votes in Economics and magna cum laude in Law, he is enrolled in the Milan Certified Public Accountants and Official Auditors Bar since 1996.

Alberto has an extensive experience in providing domestic and cross border corporate and tax advice, with particular focus on extraordinary M&A transactions. He also gained a significant know-how in the tax litigation, debt restructuring, large companies’ reorganization transactions and banking sector. Reference partner concerning real estate transactions.
Alberto is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of primary domestic and international medium and large companies and group of companies operating in the industrial and services fields. Independent director of primary companies and member of the Supervisory Board (“Organismo di Vigilanza”) of well-reputed companies operating in the services field.
