Marco has an extensive experience in corporate, commercial and tax law and he assists Italian and foreign companies, groups and entities operating in various economic sectors, as well as non-profit entities. He is expert in domestic and international corporate reorganization, M&A and company evaluations.
Marco is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Supervisory Board (“Organismo di Vigilanza”) of primary companies and is enrolled in the AICQ SICEV ISO 9001 Register with the title of Audit Group Manager; he operates in various sectors including banking/financial, insurance and services. Before joining BC& as partner, Marco carried out his professional activity as founding partner of the well-reknown firm Nava-Viganò based in the centre of Milan.
