Nicoletta Guglielmi

Nicoletta Guglielmi was born in Andria (BA) on 8 January 1975.

Graduated magna cum laude in Economics and has been enrolled in Milan’s Certified Chartered Accountant Bar and in the Register of Auditors since 2005.

Junior Partner of BC& since 2024.

Nicoletta mainly deals with corporate, direct and indirect tax matters and assists Italian and foreign companies and groups operating in various economic sectors; she has gained a significant experience concerning the legalisation of foreign financial assets and management of tax obligations of trust companies.
Nicoletta is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies. Since 2005 she has been teaching at the Training School for Trainee at the Association of Certified Public Accountants of Milan and cooperated as tax publisher with the publisher Wolters Kluwer.
