Mariella Mattia

Mariella Mattia was born in Iseo (Brescia) on 17 February 1986.

Graduated in Economics and Management at the University of Turin and enrolled in the Milan Certified Public Accountants since 2017 and in the Official Auditors Bar since 2022.

She joined BC& in 2015 and she is Senior Associate since 2023.

Mariella mainly focuses on corporate and tax consultancy including the drafting of financial statements, audits of the Board of Statutory Auditors and drafting of the minutes of the meetings of quota/shareholders meetings and company secretary. She also gained experience in M&A transactions and in the drafting of due diligence reports.
