Lucrezia Giorgia Anzanello

Lucrezia Giorgia Maria Anzanello was born in Milan on 20 October 1988.

She graduated full votes in Law and she received a PhD from University of Milan – Bicocca with a thesis in Private Comparative Law.

Enrolled in the Milan Bar Association since 2016.

She joined BC& in 2020 and she is Senior Associate since 2023.

Lucrezia mainly deals with corporate governance and company’s reorganization also assisting domestic and international Clients in M&A transactions. She also gained expertise in civil litigation field assisting and representing Clients in civil, corporate and commercial matters, from the pre litigation up to the settlement of the dispute.
Lucrezia is member of the Supervisory Body (“Organismo di Vigilanza”) of medium size companies and lecturer at conventions and training courses. Author of articles and publications for professional magazines.
