Giampiero provides tax and corporate advice also drafting technical appraisals and taking charge of internal auditing activities. He gained a significant experience in dealing with companies’ reorganization transactions, M&A activities, cross border tax matters and generational shifts.
Giampiero is member of the Supervisory Board (“Organismo di Vigilanza”) of primary companies and of the Commission Asset Protection Laws and Discipline of the Milan Certified Public Accountants and Official Auditors Bar. He is lecturer at training post-degree courses. Before joining BC& Giampiero carried out his professional activity autonomously.
