Emanuele Pucci

Emanuele Pucci was born in Isola della Scala (VR) on 10 September 1975.

Graduated in Economics at the University of Verona, he successfully took a master’s degree in tax law from the Higher School of Economics and Finance and a specialization master’s degree in transfer pricing at IPSOA.

Emanuele is enrolled in Milan’s Chartered Accountants Bar and in Official Auditors Bar since 2006.

He joined BC& in 2023 where he provides his professional services as Senior Associate.

Emanuele’s activity mainly concerns company and tax advice in favour of domestic and international entrepreneurial groups, with focus on M&A transactions and company reorganization. He also provides professional advice in favour of holding companies with focus on matters concerning generational transition.
Emanuele is in charge as statutory auditor and auditor of medium-sized and third sector companies. Author of tax and corporate publications for professional magazines and lecturer at conventions and training courses. Before joining BC& Emanuele has gained more than 20 years of experience in primary firms, also part of international networks.
