Egidio Moscatiello

Egidio Moscatiello was born in Nola (NA) on 26 March 1991.

Graduated in Business Economics at the University of Naples, he successfully took a tax master degree at Wolter Kluwer Ipsoa in Rome and the Custom VAT master at II Sole 24 Ore Business School in Milan.

Egidio is enrolled in Milan’s Chartered Accountants Bar.

He joined BC& in 2022 where he provides his professional services as Associate.

Egidio advices clients in the fields related to income tax, value added tax and company law matters in favour of entrepreneurial groups mainly focused on industry and services activities.  M&A transactions and company reorganization for industrial and services’ corporate groups and companies. He also gained experience in M&A transactions and national and international VAT matters.
