Daniele Crosti

Daniele mainly deals with both domestic and cross border financial extraordinary transactions (including company’s reorganizations, M&A, spin-off, leveraged buy-out), within different economic fields assisting primary domestic and international industrial and financial groups of companies, as well as private equity funds. He also gained a significant experience in dealing with debt restructuring transactions, domestic and international commercial agreements and compliance matters (Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 and Data Protection).
