Charles Poletto

Charles Poletto was born in Accra (Ghana) on 2 January 1990.

Graduated in Law at the University of Padua and enrolled in the Milan Bar Association since 2022.

He joined BC&x in 2022 where he provides his professional services as Associate.

Charles mainly deals with corporate governance, companies’ reorganization matters and M&A transactions; he also attended highly specialized courses, acquiring the qualification of Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Charles is member of the Supervisory Body (“Organismo di Vigilanza”) of medium size companies and DPO (Data Protection Officer) in several companies operating in the services field.
