Antonella gained a significant professional experience as in-house of the Regional Department of the Italian Tax Authority (“Direzione Regionale delle Entrate della Lombardia”) where she provided advice in respect to litigations involving large taxpayers (“Grandi Contribuenti”). Antonella deals with tax inversion, transfer pricing and extraordinary transactions tax matters and she advices Clients before the Italian Tax Courts and Authority within any inspection, tax settlements and domestic and cross border rulings. Responsible of tax litigation.
Antonella is professor at the tax master organized by Il Sole24Ore and the corporate tax master organized by the IFAF. Lecturer at several conventions and author of tax matters articles and publications for professional magazines.
