Andrea Cicogna Mozzoni

Andrea mainly deals with litigation matters advising and assisting Clients in civil, corporate and commercial disputes starting from the out-of-court phase up to and including the final degree and consequent irrevocable decision issued by the Court. He also gained experience in the commercial and corporate practice areas and mainly deals with the drafting and the negotiation of contracts, extraordinary transactions with particular focus on company’s reorganization and debt restructuring.
