BC& with ZAKA INVESTIMENTS in the investment in BRACH ROME S.r.l. for the building of an hotel in Rome designed by Philippe Stark

MMSLEX, with Mr. Luca Membretti (partner) and BC&, with Mr. Franco Pietro Battaglia (partner) and Mrs. Adele Carlomagno (senior associate), in cooperation with Mrs. Véronique Lacarelle and Mrs. Camille Mondoloni (respectively partner and of Counsel of the French law firm Balthazar Associés) in charge for all cross-border matters, assisted ZAKA INVESTMENTS in all corporate, legal and tax matters related to the structuring and the regulation of an investment in BRACH ROME S.r.l. (quotaholder of LUISA di SAVOIA S.r.l.), aimed at the building up of an hotel located in the centre of Rome and projected by the archistar Philippe Stark.

ZAKA INVESTIMENTS – that completed the transaction through the corporate vehicle AKAZ S.à.r.l. – coinvested in the project together with the management company Inter Invest Capital S.a.s. (acting in the name and on behalf of the French funds “FCPR INTER IMMO” and “FPCI CAPITAL IMMO”) and Eternam S.a.s. (acting in the name and on behalf of the French fund “FPCI ALCYON”).
The transaction will allow ZAKA INVESTMENTS, already active in France and Spain, to access the hotellerie Italian market with the support of its minority quotaholders.
