BC& with Codeas joining SD Worx

BC& Studio di Consulenza with a team led by Marco Nava (Partner) and composed of Elena Zavanella (Partner), Luca Pacifico (Senior Associate) and Edoardo Andreoli (Senior Associate), has assisted Codeas S.r.l. STP in all tax, legal and contractual aspects related to the transaction with SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, completed on 5 March 2026.

Following the acquisition, Codeas’ founder Serena Codeleoncini maintains a minority shareholding and remains on board as CEO, with the aim of driving growth and ensuring continuity for customers and employees.
