BC& Studio di Consulenza Societaria Tributaria Legale assisted ZAFFIRO S.p.A., a newly incorporated Italian company fully controlled by a club deal in the acquisition of the entire (100%) share capital of 2 real estate Italian companies owners of a trophy real estate asset located in Milan, Via Dante-Via Camperio constituted by different offices and 5 shops overlooking Via Dante.

BC& acted through a multitask team coordinated by the Managing Partner Alberto Bestetti and constituted by Mr. Roberto Sardella (Senior Associate) and Mrs. Francesca Rossetti (Associate) in respect to the structuring of the transaction and all tax issues and by Mrs. Elena Zavanella (Partner), Mr. Daniele Crosti (Junior Partner) and Mrs. Lucrezia Anzanello (Associate) for all corporate, real estate, baking and finance and contractual matters.

A portion of the financial resources necessary for the completion of the acquisition has been made available to ZAFFIRO under a loan agreement executed with BANCA MEDIOLANUM S.p.A.
