BC& Studio di Consulenza Societaria Tributaria e Legale, with Silvia Mignatti (Partner), Antonella Barzanò (Senior Associate) and Daniele Crosti (Senior Associate), assisted Bv Tech S.p.A. – holding of the homonymous group active in the field of the engineering, IT and telecommunication services – in all corporate, legal and tax aspects related to the acquisition by Bv Tech S.p.A. of a majority stake in the corporate capital of FIDOGROUP S.r.l., an Italian company having as object, amongst others, the following activities: (i) designing, installation, maintenance and configuration of PC, IT equipments, and networks (both local and geographical); (ii) installation of internet connecting equipments; (iii) designing, installation, creation and maintenance of internet websites and intranet; and (iv) organisation of radio and TV meetings and seminars.
The purchase by Bv Tech S.p.A. of a majority stake in the corporate capital of FIDOGROUP S.r.l. is in line with the process of growth actually implemented by Bv Tech group through the acquisition of companies carrying out the same activities or which are active in complementary fields.
