BC& with Nordstjernan in the acquisition of the majority of the corporate capital of the Italian limited liability company Airon S.r.l.

BC& with a team made by Sandro Sclafani (partner), Giacomo Talamo (senior associate), Giovanni Mantineo(associate) and Lorenzo Magnani (trainee), assisted Dacke Industri AB – Swedish investment company member of the Nordstjernan group and specialised in long-term investments in the innovative technologic sector – in all tax and account aspects connected with the acquisition of 70% of the corporate capital of the Italian company Airon S.r.l., operating in the project and production of high quality pneumatic solutions for the industrial automation.

The sellers – maintaining the 30% of the company’s corporate capital – will go on supporting the business.
