BC& Studio di Consulenza Societaria Tributaria e Legale, with a team composed by Franco Battaglia (Partner), Alberto Nava (Associate) and Lucrezia Anzanello (Associate) has assisted the investment fund iAM Capital Italia 1 – managed by Blue SGR S.p.A. – in all corporate, legal and fiscal matters related to the acquisition of a real estate company owner of several trophy assets located in the center of Milan.

The FIA reached a further important investment target within a few months from its start up.

Blue SGR assisted the Firm with an internal team composed by the Head of Business Development Giandomenico Lenti, the Fund Manager Marco Morganti and the Head of Legal Simone Petrosemolo.

The Public Notary Ruben Israel with the support of the lawyer Davide Gentili, respectively founding partner and Head of the Real Estate Department of the notary firm Israel, Terrenghi and Riberti took care of all notarial matters related to the deal.
