BC& with BV TECH in the joint venture with PX3 Partners and Fondo Italiano di Investimento
BC& Studio di Consulenza Societaria Tributaria Legale – with a team led by Silvia Mignatti (partner), coordinated by Daniele Crosti (junior partner) and supported by Sandro Sclafani (partner) and Stefano Salvadeo (partner), and composed of Aldo Prina Ricotti (senior associate) and Giovanni Ragno (associate) – assisted BV Tech, Italian leading company in cybersecurity and information and communication technology services, in all tax and corporate aspects related to the structuring and definition of strategic joint venture signed with PX3 Partners, a London-based private equity sponsor.
The transaction, which completion is subject to the customary legal and regulatory approvals, will be defined through PX3’s investment in BV Tech, with the aim to create a European leading player in the cybersecurity and ICT sector.
Fondo Italiano di Investimento will join the transaction as a co-investor alongside PX3.
