BC& in the disposal of Molinari S.r.l. to the Eqwal Group

BC& – with a team consisting of Franco Pietro Battaglia (Partner), Lucrezia Anzanello (Senior Associate), Alberto Nava (Senior Associate) and Chiara Tapella (Associate) – assisted Mr Enrico Molinari and Mrs Ivana Molinari in all legal and tax issues and structure of the transaction related to the selling of Molinari S.r.l., leading company in Italy in the orthopedic footwear and CAD-CAM systems.

The acquisition has been completed by Eqwal Group – global player in the market of customized orthopedic devices -in the contest of its planned growth strategy, by means of the Italian holding Ortho DEV Italia S.r.l.

Molinari Family is still involved In the business, remaining Mrs Ivana Molinari as company’s managing director.
