BC& alongside Dacke Industri in the acquisitions of Blink and Hydronit

BC& Studio di Consulenza supported Dacke Industri, part of the Swedish Group Nordstjernan, in all accounting and tax matters aimed at strengthening its presence in the Italian market through two strategic transactions in highly specialized technology sectors, both completed in 2025.

In July 2025, Dacke Industri, assisted by a team of professionals led by Sandro Sclafani (Partner) and composed of Maria D’Addiego (Senior Associate), Luca Pacifico (Senior Associate), and Cristina Hu (Associate), acquired 80% of the share capital of Blink, a leading company in the design and manufacture of customizable CANbus keyboards. At the end of November, with the assistance of a team led by Sandro Sclafani (Partner) and composed of Giacomo Talamo(Senior Associate), Andrea Gatta (Senior Associate), Lorenzo Magnani (Associate), and Marta Santoni (Associate), Dacke Industri acquired 70% of Hydronit, a company active in modular hydraulic power units for mobile, industrial, and marine applications.

These two transactions enable Dacke Industri to expand its technological portfolio within the Electronics and Fluid Power Technology divisions, integrating Italian excellence and strengthening its position in the European market.
