BC& Studio di Consulenza Societaria Tributaria e Legale, with a team composed by Franco Battaglia (Partner), Lucrezia Anzanello (Associate) and Alberto Nava (Associate), has assisted iAM Capital Group, an English investment company active in the real estate, green energy and fintech fields, in all corporate, legal and fiscal matters related to the start-up of “iAM Capital Italia 1”, a closed-reserved real estate fund managed by Blue SGR S.p.A. 

The FIA – with an investment target of 100 million euros to be allocated in the purchasing of residential properties to be requalified or ready – has already completed the acquisition of a real estate complex in the center of Milan.

Blue SGR participated to the operation with an internal team composed by the Head of Business Development Giandomenico Lenti, the Fund Manager Marco Morganti and the Head of Legal Simone Petrosemolo.

For the notary aspects was in charge the Public Notary Ruben Israel with the support of the lawyer Davide Gentili, respectively founding partner and Head of the Real Estate Department of the notary firm Israel, Terrenghi and Riberti.
