Accelleron Industries AG, worldwide leader in the turbocharger technologies and digital solutions making engines more efficient and allowing emissions reduction, announced the acquisition of the entire (100%) share capital of Officine Meccaniche Torino S.p.A. (OMT), a leading manufacturer of fuel injection systems for marine engines. The transaction will be executed within the next few weeks.

The overall structure of the transaction providing for the acquisition of the whole OMT share capital by a single SPV has been defined by BC& with a multitasking and synergic team composed by Alberto Bestetti (managing partner), Franco Pietro Battaglia (partner), Daniele Crosti (junior partner), Lucrezia Anzanello (senior associate) and Adele Carlomagno (senior associate). BC& also assisted the sellers in the negotiation and definition of the different contracts preparatory to the execution of the transaction.
