He graduated in Economics and Business Law from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and in 2006 obtained a one-year master in taxation from IPSOA (Wolters Kluver), Milan.

Registered with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Auditors since 2008.

Franco focuses on national, international, and financial taxation. He has gained significant experience in tax planning, corporate reorganization, and the structuring and execution of M&A transactions, advising national and multinational groups, UCITS (investment funds, SICAFs, and SICAVs), financial intermediaries, and asset management companies (SGRs). He is a key partner in Italian-French cross-border transactions.
Franco is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of major companies operating in the healthcare, real estate, industrial, and financial sectors. He is a member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
